Palos Studios is a fully equipped, spacious art studio adjacent to the Casa Alexandra guest villa. The three levels offer the freedom and tools to practice stone carving, clay, modeling, drawing, painting, or jewelry making.
Natural and enhanced lighting allows for ideal working conditions day or night. Breathtaking views of Banderas Bay stretch beyond the garden and fountain, creating a beautiful and inspiring setting to create your artwork.
Sculptors enjoy access to state-of-the-art electric and pneumatic tools including hand chisels and hammers, compressed air and hoses, a full range of sanding paper and polishing equipment, small power tools such as sanders, saw grinders, and drills, and diamond saws. A wide variety of stones is available onsite from Mexican limestone to Italian marble including Statuario, Rosa Portogallo, Carrara, Travertino, Rosso Alicante, and Bardiglio.
Enjoy assistance and instruction from master artist Manuel Palos and easy access to the vibrant arts community of Puerto Vallarta. Walk to galleries, foundries, studios, and the local beach.
